Before my daughter met Cristal, she had completely fallen apart as a person. She lost her confidence and her smile. Every day she would come home from school crying. Her school had told me they had tried everything with Jasmine and nothing had worked. She wasn't retaining information. She was later diagnosed with Dyslexia. Then we met Cristal and her life changed. My daughter has so far completed 18 hours with Cristal (3 times a week) and her reading has improved so much. She feels happy again and proud of her accomplishments. She is no longer coming home from school crying. Cristal is a wonderful teacher. My son was referred to Cristal after having trouble with reading, writing and spelling. He had begun to lose confidence in himself and his self-esteem was slowly diminishing. He was diagnosed with a Specific Learning Disorder around the time he began to see Cristal for private tutoring services. He has now been seeing Cristal for the past 6 months, and under her patient, kind and nurturing tutoring, I have seen my son’s reading, writing and spelling all improve dramatically. Importantly, I have seen how proud he is of his own progress, and how much more confident he has become at home, and in the classroom because of that. The sessions were a literal game-changer for my
